SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR U.S.
CUSTOMERS:
• Our aim is
to dispatch your order within 2 working days, from the time the order is
received until we verify and process the payment information.
• If there
is any discrepancy in the information that could raise any suspicions about the
source of payment, Creative Dental
will get in touch with the customer by phone and/or email to verify this
information and proceed with the order.
• Creative Dental will not process the payment without having previously
communicated with the customer. If this verification delays the shipment, Creative Dental will not be responsible
for the delay, even if the type of shipment requested was urgent.
• Orders
received between Friday after 5:00 p.m. and before 9:00 a.m. on the following
Monday (EST) will be processed on that Monday after 9:00 a.m., in the same
order they were received.
• Urgent
orders (i.e. 2nd. Day, Next Day, Express, etc.) received during the weekend
will be confirmed first with the customer before being processed. The same
applies to regular national holidays.
• Domestic
orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal
Service (USPS). If for any reason the customer requires a different service, he/she
must contact us directly to arrange this service.
• Our
standard delivery destinations include the 50 US states and Puerto Rico.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE U.S.:
• Our aim is
to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, from the time the order is
received until we verify and process the payment information.
• If there
is any discrepancy in the information that could raise any suspicions about the

will get in touch with the customer by phone and/or email to verify this
information and proceed with the order.
• Creative
Dental will not process the payment without having previously communicated with
the customer. If this verification delays the shipment, Creative Dental will not be responsible for the delay, even if the

• Orders received

standard delivery destinations include Canada and all countries in South and
Central America and the Caribbean.
• For orders
from Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania, Creative
Dental will check with the delivery address registered by the customer, the
service that best fits the needs of each client.
ATTENTION!
INTERNATIONAL BUTYERS – PLEASE NOTE:
• Import
duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility,
when the case or type of purchase, so requires.
• Please note
that under the laws of imports from each country, there is an amount allowed
for import and purchases abroad for individuals where no tariff charges and /
or taxes are applied. This amount may be semiannual or annual, and can vary
between $100 and $600.
• Please
check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs
will be prior to purchasing, since the office of a particular country may delay
the receipt of your package, depending on the laws governing this country.
• UPS and
DHL will charge the recipient with all duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees upon
delivery.

RETURNS
INFORMATION:

ANY RETURNS IN OUR OFFICES, WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION OF ANY REPRESENTATIVE
OF CREATIVE DENTAL ***
· To arrange
for a return, simply get in touch with us.
The following conditions must be
complied with:
· All
returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a reason for the
return.
· Merchandise
must be returned in its original container, unmarked, and properly packaged.
· Returned
products must have been purchased within the previous thirty (30) days. Any
returns past thirty (30) days are subject to a restocking fee. (20% of its
original price).
· Shortages
or errors in shipments must be reported within seven (7) days of invoice date
to issue credit (if applicable).
· Shipping
charges will apply on all returns.
Items than cannot be returned:
The following special, customized, or government-regulated items are not
returnable:
· Opened
handpieces, small equipment, and custom-ordered equipment.
· Hazardous
items.
· Expired
products.
· Articles
that have been specially ordered from the manufacturer and can no longer be
returned – invoice will show this note:
"SPECIAL ORDER" for these specific items.
